Spiritually and physically are two dimensions of human life. Both physicists and spiritual leaders all over the world have claimed; every human suffering, problems are either linked to spirituality or physicality. Together, we can also derive the solution to our problems manifesting the physical and spiritual world.

With development and modernization of human civilization; the desires, necessities of human beings is equally growing. With diverse necessities, many people are not being focus on their priorities. Some of us are losing the conscious ability to our their priorities itself.

With the emerging needs, in search of holistic integration of peace within the founder members and their attempt to help people ‘Boudha Inn Meditation’ was established. Regulation of emotional wellbeing and building emotionally healthy citizens was been the focal of Boudha Inn Meditation since the past four years.

Diplove Gautam the founder of Boudha Inn Meditation realized, only interaction and one-to-one counseling alone does not help people come out of emotional issues, being able to take charge over their life once again after going through some emotional issue.

With the need of complementing talk therapy, forest therapy proved to be effective. “Forest Therapy” is a therapeutic healing technique originally from Japan. Reflecting upon the benefits of forest therapy among Japanese population and tourist, he adopted the practice of forest therapy in Nepal.

In this therapeutic technique, people go across tree, hug them, inhale the fresh air they offer, talk to them if one wishes , refresh themselves around the trees and heal themselves, enhance positive energy within themselves. People learn to find the solution to their problem from nature. Diplove describes, everything in life, on this world has its own ‘frequency’. The frequency of nature is higher than our existing mood, hence we learn to adapt the higher frequency from nature, in course of forest therapy.

In the therapy, human consciousness increases to the extend where we become able to experience every bits of nature, every second of life to a greater extent. The rhythm of our soul matches to that of nature. And, we are a part of nature.

Further, we need to be aware that our thoughts, feelings and actions are determined a little by our conscious and to a greater portion by our unconscious mind. We need to keep in mind, that to be able to take control over our conscious mind, we actually need to shape our subconscious and unconscious mind. The complexities of conscious life can be sorted through unconscious programming of our minds. In order to reprogram our subconscious and unconscious mind, forest therapy is an effective solution.

Additionally, Diplove expresses that life can seem fully clear. It is always vivid. Diplove himself found his life experiences complicated that led him to follow an spiritual path.

There are times in everyone’s life when we feel alone, feel lonely and indifferent to rest of the world. But, once we go through spiritual transformation the entire world unites. The entire mankind synergizes its energy creating wholeness.
